Hello, I'm Lora McDonald, an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer.

I strive to impact learners and assist businesses by creating learning experiences that not only engage the learner, but develop deeper understanding of the subject.

Through many years of being an educator, I have learned the value and skill of meeting learners where they are at and creating engaging and meaningful instruction. With my coursework through IDOL Academy, I have coupled my experience, formal education, and knowledge of being an educator with the design and development skills needed to become an effective Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer.
