Instructor-Led Training 

Overview: This Instructor-Led Training will aid in teaching new restaurant employees the basics of serving.

Challenge: Through speaking with restaurant management, it was determined that most of the servers began with little to no experience. The brief on-the-job training that new staff was receiving was not achieving the results needed. The managers were struggling with servers forgetting important steps, and therefore offering subpar service. 

Solution: This Instructor-Led Training will walk the learners through the 12 Steps of Service. They will be given opportunities to practice their new skills and convey their knowledge of the 12 Steps of Service throughout the training.
