Job Aid 

Overview: This Job Aid is available to employees for prompting the 12 Steps of Service. When serving customers in the restaurant, servers may refer to this to ensure they are completing all steps.

Challenge: Through speaking with restaurant management, it was determined that most of the servers began with little to no experience. The brief on-the-job training that new staff was receiving was not achieving the results needed. The managers were struggling with servers forgetting important steps, and therefore offering subpar service. 

Solution: This Job aid will help remind employees of the 12 Steps of Service that the management wanted servers to follow.
