Story Board

Overview: This story board is mapping out an eLearning course to teach new restaurant servers the basics of serving customers.

Challenge: Through speaking with restaurant management, it was determined that most of the servers began with little to no experience. The brief on-the-job training that new staff was receiving was not achieving the results needed. The managers were struggling with servers forgetting important steps, and therefore offering subpar service. 

Solution: This storyboard will help in building an eLearning course to teach the 12 Steps of Service that the management wanted servers to follow. By having a background knowledge of the steps, servers will begin on-the-job training more prepared.
